Labor Support Class

You can expect to learn:

• Various labor support techniques for mom and support person
• Safely managing contractions
• Massage techniques
• Different ways to push your baby out
• Advocating for yourself and your baby
• Partner: advocating for laboring partner and baby
• The pushing stage

Note: This class can last up to 3.5hrs and can be taught at our location or in the comfort of your home (travel fee applicable).
