  • Unlimited access to Doula via call/text during prenatal care
  • Officially On-call beginning 14 days before the Estimated Due Date (EDD) until the birth of baby
  • Virtual support beginning at early labor (0cm-4cm)
  • In-Person Birth Doula support at birth beginning at active labor (5cm+)
  • Postpartum virtual visit (within first 3 days)
  • Postpartum in-person (week 2)

Childbirth Education & Prep (3 sessions)

Learn everything you need to know about childbirth, birth planning, and receive valuable labor support in our comprehensive Childbirth Education & Prep program consisting of 3 engaging sessions. Prepare confidently for the arrival of your little one with our expert guidance.

Private Labor Support Class (3 hours)

Learn labor support techniques, safe stretches for moms, and hands-on demonstrations with our private Labor Support Class for mom and dad. You'll gain knowledge on how to push the baby out and receive all material needed. Bring a notepad, water, and snacks to ensure you're comfortable throughout the class.
